I liked that this hotel is my regular place in the region. its location is really convenient, especially with restaurants and a nearby convenience store. the stroll to the night market is easy. the staff are so kind. I appreciate their friendliness.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. the room temperature was higher than expected. a safe box in the room would be great.

The pool area included many sun loungers, always available. breakfast had varied options, though i found the coffee machine notably improved. the hotel provided a free shuttle to the beach. This was so convenient. the staff were consistently friendly!

The windows could have been cleaner. The views were slightly obscured.
